I like it better than our other EAP resource... it seems a bit more comprehensive and informative! Kind of feels like a therapist, in that it is an actual therapist doing education on a topic and offering time to reflect and applying the thought, without it being an actual therapist.
Specifically, this stress and burnout topic, I definitely think it's a cool resource for someone who maybe just wants to independently learn about how to notice and decrease their stress.
