Sherrie All

Sherrie All, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist who has specialized in treating people with dementia, Parkinson's disease, TBI, MS, and other neurological disorders for over a decade. Dr. All is the founder and director of the Chicago Center for Cognitive Wellness, a private neuropsychology practice specializing in cognitive rehabilitation and brain health. The evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation interventions she uses have helped hundreds of adults experiencing cognitive declines improve their thinking skills, expand their functional independence, and enhance their brain health.

Dr. Le Cara has been helping individuals overcome pain and return to activity for over 20 years. With an extensive work history and educational background, he combines his experience as an Army Medic, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Chiropractor and Researcher to provide the most evidence-based and effective treatment programming. Engulfed in ways to improve patient outcomes, he stays on top of the current trends in rehabilitation thru research and education of other providers. With a keen interest in strength and conditioning, blood flow restriction training has been at the top of his studies for the past three years. His love for rehabilitation came about when he tore three ligaments in his knee while wrestling in college. After his athletic trainer, strength coach, and chiropractor helped him quickly and effectively return to the mat, he knew he wanted to commit his life to helping others return to activities they love. He currently resides in Dallas, TX, and treats patients out of his multi-disciplinary clinic, Body Lounge Park Cities. In addition, he teaches evidence-based sports medicine therapy internationally and consults with many health and fitness companies on programming, education, and bringing high-quality products to market.

Robert Constantine, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of visual and neurological rehabilitation. Mr. Constantine is employed by the Pearl Nelson Child Development Center, where he focuses on the treatment of eye movement disorders in neurotypical and special needs children. Mr. Constantine’s passion leads him to intensive studying of the visual system and continuous searches for new ways to improve patient outcomes.

Jamie Miner, PT, DPT, GCS, provides specialized services to many SNFs. She has experience in home health, acute care, outpatient vestibular rehab and fall prevention, acute rehab, sub-acute rehab, and long-term care. Additionally, she serves as a clinical instructor to many doctoral physical therapy students and as an adjunct professor at Shenandoah University and Campbell University. Jamie graduated with a BS degree in PT from UNC Chapel Hill, a DPT from Shenandoah University and earned her vestibular certification at Emory University in March 2003.

Dr. Theresa A. Schmidt is President of Educise PC continuing education, and physical therapy in Dartmouth-Sunapee, NH. A board-certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Expert Witness, massage therapist, and coach with over 30 years’ experience in clinical practice and education, she integrates best evidence-based practices of manual therapy and orthopedic rehab, with complementary medicine approaches for outstanding peak performance. She graduated Long Island University’s Masters Physical Therapy Program with Highest Honors, and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy Program at University of New England. She served as faculty at Touro College Physical Therapy Programs, Nassau CC and CUNY Queens College in NY. Dr. Schmidt presented for International Fascia Research Congress, American Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy Associations, NASA Inomedic Health, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic and medical centers across North America. She is a published author, Reiki Master Instructor, and integrative medicine clinician.

Mr. Hauschildt obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Dakota. He serves as the prevention, rehab, and physical performance coordinator at Missouri State University, and has also served as the strength and conditioning coach for both men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball.
